Cannabis FAQ's
-
What’s your method for growing cannabis? We use the Sea of Green Method (SOG) for our grows. The most notable upside to using this method is that it accelerates bud development to gain large yields as quickly as possible. By using this method we’re able to grow more plants per square footage and shorten the vegetative stage. Ultimately, we’re able to get higher yields with a quicker harvest so our plants get to you faster.
-
Do you use chemicals on your plants? Our grow is organic so we use nutrients not chemicals. We add slightly different combination of natural nutrients for each stage of our plant’s life. We always start with a good and rich soil, which allows us to keep any additional nutrients low. We like to use large pots to bring in as much of the humidity from the soil as possible. These larger pots also gives the plant room to grow roots without restriction.
-
Why are your plants good for medicinal use?We think hard and heavy about the strains we want to harvest long before we start the grow. As you know, the strength and duration of your THC hit starts with the type of strain you select and choice of ingestion. Our goal is to never bring a strain to harvest that has less than 20% THC and our proprietary system for increasing resin production in our cannabis will typically boost the potency to a range of 22-25%
-
Do you have lab results?Yes, we do. You can find them here.
-
Can cannabis replace OTC or even pharmaceutical drugs? There are numerous studies that make a sound argument for using cannabis to treat certain diseases, conditions, and chronic pain. You should always consult with a physician before using cannabis to treat any physical or emotional condition.
-
Is there a difference between medicinal and recreational cannabis? Some might say yes if they assign MMJ with a higher % of CBD and lower % of THC. Our plants are rich in THC and offer the type of experience you might seek to alleviate certain ailments while also offering physical and mental relaxation.
-
How does cannabis affect women’s health? We’ve recently seen studies indicating cannabis could be a viable remedy for women seeking relief from menstruation to menopause. Other studies suggest cannabis could help with pain, fatigue, osteoporosis and insomnia.
